utility charges: (obligatory) gas, water, electricity - € 45,00 per person / week (children below 8 years free of charge);

linens: (on request) bedding, bathroom and kitchen towels - € 35,00 per person per set;

satellite TV: (on request) € 25,00 per week;

domestic animals: (reservation obligatory) € 30,00 per animal per week;

baby bed: (reservation obligatory) € 30,00 per week (for children up to 4 years old);
transfer: € 120,00 per taxi (normal luggage) airport Olbia - Porto Pollo  (pls announce excess luggage !);
late arrival: € 30,00 for check-in after 22 h;
